I sat behind ONE vehicle for about 11 minutes waiting for them to finish in front of me. Still after the 11 minutes, she was not done chatting with her friend out the window. Very unprofessional and does not manage time correctly. No one should have to wait 11+ minutes with one car infront of them. I ended up turning out of the lot and leaving.
